I build most dashboards in Google Looker Studio. It's free, it connects directly to GA4 and Google Sheets, and you can open it on your phone without a licence. If your business runs on Microsoft 365, I can build it in Power BI instead.

- Short call. Tell me what you check every morning and where those numbers live now.
- Fixed quote. A written scope of what the dashboard will show, which systems it connects, and the price.
- Build. I connect your sources and build the dashboard, and you check it against numbers you already know.
- Walkthrough and handover. I take you through every number and set up logins for you and your staff.

Simple dashboard

Built in Looker Studio. Includes a discovery call, connecting 2 or 3 data sources, the build and a walkthrough.
Some sources, Shopify being the common one, need a paid connector to feed Looker Studio. If yours does, there's a monthly fee to cover it, and I'll tell you the cost in the quote.
The 3D world above is a demo. A live dashboard is a custom build for your business, usually a clean 2D layout in Looker Studio, scoped and quoted after a short call.

Questions people ask
Will my dashboard look like the 3D demo?
No. The 3D world shows the idea. Your live dashboard is a clean, easy to read layout in Looker Studio or Power BI, built around the numbers you check.
Do I need to pay for Looker Studio?
No. Looker Studio is free, and it connects directly to Google Analytics and Google Sheets. Some sources, Shopify being the common one, need a paid connector to feed it. If yours does, there is a monthly fee to cover it, and I will tell you the cost in the quote.
Can you build it in Power BI instead?
Yes. If your business already runs on Microsoft 365, Power BI can be the better fit. I will tell you which one suits you on the first call.
What if my system is not on the list?
If your system has an export or an API, it can usually be added. Tell me what you use and I will check before quoting.
Do you only work in Sydney?
No. Dashboards are built and handed over remotely, so I work with businesses anywhere in Australia.
