Why your emails end up in junk
Email providers check every message for proof it really came from you. If that proof is missing or set up wrong, your email looks like it could be fake, so it gets sent to junk or rejected.
SPF
The list of services allowed to send email for your business. If your website, invoicing or booking system isn't on it, those emails look suspicious.
DKIM
A digital signature showing your email wasn't changed along the way. Many businesses never had it switched on.
DMARC
Tells other providers what to do with email that fails those checks, and sends you reports. Without it, you can't see who's sending email in your name.
Gmail and Yahoo tightened their rules in 2024, and Microsoft followed in 2025. Setups that used to work are now far more likely to be filtered.
Sometimes the cause is something else, like a blacklisted server or a hacked mailbox sending spam. The diagnosis checks for these too, and I'll tell you straight if the fix is different.

Diagnose. I check your domain's settings, the services that send email for you, and your sender reputation. Then I confirm a fixed price.
Fix. SPF and DKIM are set up for every service that sends email for you, usually within 3 to 4 business days of your approval.
Monitor. DMARC starts in monitor mode, so nothing is blocked while I check the reports for anything missed.
Protect. Once everything checks out, DMARC is tightened step by step so no one else can send fake email in your name.

Common questions
What is DMARC?
A setting on your domain that tells email providers what to do when an email claiming to be from you fails security checks. It also sends you reports showing who is sending email using your domain.
Will this break my email?
Not the way I do it. DMARC starts in monitor mode, which blocks nothing. I only tighten it once the reports show every genuine service, like your invoicing system or website forms, is passing.
How long does it take?
SPF and DKIM are usually set up within 3 to 4 business days. Improvement often shows within days, though it can take longer if your domain's reputation has been damaged. DMARC is then tightened gradually over 2 to 4 weeks.
Do I need to change email providers?
Usually not. This works with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, GoDaddy and most other providers. If your provider is part of the problem, I'll tell you.
What access do you need?
Access to wherever your domain is managed, such as GoDaddy, Crazy Domains or VentraIP. If you're not sure where that is, I'll help you find it.
