Microsoft 365 licences are separate from the migration price. I can supply them on one simple monthly bill, or you can pay Microsoft directly. Your choice.

Common questions
Will our email stop working during the switch?
No. Email keeps arriving throughout. On switchover day, some new messages can take a few hours to appear in the new account while the change takes effect, which is why I schedule it outside your busy hours.
Could we lose any emails, calendars or contacts?
Everything is copied before the switch, and I check that folders and items match before going live. Nothing is removed from your old account until the move is confirmed.
How much does it cost?
From $150 per mailbox, with a $750 minimum that covers up to 5 mailboxes. You get a fixed quote before any work starts.
How long does it take?
Most small businesses are moved within 3 to 4 business days of approving the quote. It depends on the number of mailboxes and how quickly GoDaddy releases your domain.
Do my staff need to do anything?
Very little. Each person signs in once with their new details on each device. I send simple instructions and help anyone who gets stuck.
Do you need to be on site?
No. The whole service is done remotely, anywhere in Australia.
