Add email security for $150. SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up and monitored so your emails stay out of spam, when booked with your migration.
Licences are separate from the migration price. Microsoft 365 licences can be supplied by me on one simple monthly bill, or paid to Microsoft directly. Google Workspace licences are paid directly to Google.

Common questions
Will my website be affected?
No. Only your email moves. Your website stays with your current host and keeps running as normal.
Will our email stop working during the switch?
No. Email keeps arriving throughout. On switchover day, some new messages can take a few hours to appear in the new account while the change takes effect, which is why I schedule it outside your busy hours.
Could we lose any emails?
Everything is copied before the switch, and I check that folders and items match before going live. Your old mailboxes stay in place until the move is confirmed.
Do I need to cancel my hosting?
No. Keep your hosting for your website. Once your email has moved, you may be able to drop the email part of your plan, and I'll let you know if so.
Should I choose Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
Both are solid choices. Microsoft 365 suits businesses that live in Outlook, Word and Excel. Google Workspace suits teams that work in Gmail and Google Docs. I set up and migrate to either, at the same price, and can help you choose on our first call.

How long does it take?
Most small businesses are moved within 3 to 4 business days of approving the quote.

Almost certainly. If your email runs through a web host or a basic email plan, I can move it. Just mention your provider in the form.
